Rich is a 30-year law enforcement veteran who served with the Dallas Police Department’s elite units, including Dallas SWAT and the Criminal Intelligence Unit-Dignitary Protection Squad. Rich is now an advocate for women taking their safety into their own hands especially while exercising. The girls and Rich discuss tips for picking out and training with a defense tool. Rich also provides great insight into the criminal mind and what you can do to be prepared.
